The 30th Eddie Meath All-Star Game came right down to the wire.
Cory McNamara kicked a 22-yard field goal as time expired, giving the East a 21-20 win over the West.
The win was the eighth in a row for the East in the Eddie Meath Game, which is played annually to benefit the Golisano Children's Hospital.
This was the 8th straight time the East has won the yearly contest.
