Orchard Park, N.Y. - Erie County and the Buffalo Bills have agreed in principle on a one-year lease extension allowing the Bills to play at Ralph Wilson Stadium next season. The agreement came after the team's CEO expressed concerns about a lack of progress in getting a long-term deal.
