The real NFL officials are back and Rochester will be well represented on the field. Bill Schuster of Rochester and Jim Debell of Conesus are both on the crew of referee Jim Steratore as the regular officials return after the debacle of the replacement refs for the first three weeks of the regular season. Schuster is an umpire and is a regular member of the veteran Steratore's crew. Jim Debell, who has been a side judge since 2009, was added to the crew because of his proximity of Baltimore and his ability to get there in time for tonight's game.
