Jason Tahir has been chasing Marcus Fugate on Rochester tennis courts--and in record books--since he was 11. And for the last couple of years, the Duke sophomore has been closing in on the former Fairport prodigy, even partnering with Fugate at the TCR-hosted Linda Bogdan Futures tournament. But this time around, Tahir is making a name for himself, as more than just a doubles partner.
