(13WHAM-TV) - Voting officials in New York City and New Jersey are hurrying to put polling locations into place by Tuesday, November 6.
Polling places without power must relocate or be combined.
There's also the issue of turnout since storm victims may be completely occupied by coping with the disaster, or they may be unable to get to the polls.
Some polling places will be running on generators and using emergency lights and portable toilets.
