ENGLAND - A study based at the British Nutrition Foundation found claims of bloating, and weight gain tied to white bread are myths.

The researchers say people are missing out on vital vitamins and minerals by removing white bread from their daily diet.

The lead researcher said standard sliced white bread has been “unfairly demonized" by health campaigns and burinists.
