(13WHAM-TV) - FDA officials say the popular energy shot "5 Hour Energy" has been cited for possible involvement in several deaths.
Over the last four years, investigations into 13 deaths have mentioned "5 Hour Energy.”
This doesn't mean it was responsible for the death -- just showed up as part of the investigation.
The company behind 5 Hour Energy declined comment.
