Philadelphia, PA - According to the Children's Hospital In Philadelphia, conjoined twins from Adams, New York have successfully been separated.
Surgeons say the 8-month old girls were joined at the lower chest and abdomen.
The seven-hour procedure was completed Wednesday afternoon.
The twins shared their chest wall, diaphragm, pericardium and liver.
