Galen, N.Y.- A 14-year-old Mennonite boy was struck and killed while riding his bicycle to school in Wayne County Wednesday morning.

Neil Hoover was riding on Clyde-Marengo Road in Galen just after 8:00 a.m. when he was hit by an SUV.  The teen died at the scene.

Police say the driver of the SUV, Cynthia Napoleon, was traveling north on Clyde-Marengo Road when she hit the bicycle.
