Perinton, N.Y. – Police say Robert J. Shand, a 22-year-old man from Fairport, is dead after a car crash around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Firefighters say the car rolled several times, snapping and uprooting trees.
Police say the victim was driving south on Route 250 when his car went off the road and crashed into trees.
