Rochester, N.Y. – Rochester Police have found and arrested the teenage suspect they were seeking in connection with the November 5 homicide on Tremont Street.
Police located Willis Clark, 19, of Rochester in a residence in southwest Rochester.
Clark has been charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He is accused of killing of Kevin Thomas, 40, in front of 435 Tremont Street on the afternoon of November 5.
They had been in contact with Clark since the initial incident, including having contact with him over the phone.
