Niagara Falls, NY - Three men from Kentucky are facing charges from police in Niagara Falls today.
Police say the 20-year-olds showed "startling stupidity" after they lowered themselves below the Horseshoe Falls.
Then they swam as far as they could without getting sucked into the falls.
Police pulled them out of the dangerous waters and handcuffed them.
