(ABC) - As any mother can tell you, giving birth can be a blur, but a picture can bring right it into focus.
Such an image from Phoenix is getting a lot of attention online.
Unborn Naveah Atkins reached out of her mother's womb and held the finger of the doctor performing her C-section delivery.
Her dad snapped the picture. "The doctor called me over and said, ‘Hey, she's grabbing my finger,’ so I ran over there and just grabbed the shot. I was just in awe looking at it. It was such an amazing picture."
The family has given the doctor a copy of the photo.
A canvas print of the photo will hang in the baby's room.
