Canandaigua, N.Y. - A 39-year-old man from Canandaigua has been arrested for videotaping a 15-year-old girl getting out of the shower in her home.
Scott Allen is charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
