London - The coroner has released the cause of death for the nurse involved in a prank call about the Duchess of Cambridge.
The coroner reports that Jacintha Saldanha was found hanging by the neck in her room.
She had answered the phone when two DJ's called, and put the call through to Kate's room. This was during the duchess' recent hospital stay.
The DJ's are no longer on the air and face questioning from police.
