Henrietta, N.Y. - Police found a Nunda woman asleep and allegedy drunk behind the wheel of her car, which was in a ditch along 390 in Henrietta.
State Police say they awoke 21-year-old Macy Nahalka and gave her a sobriety test. Nahalka's BAC was .10 percent.
Police also say she had marijuana in the car with her.
Nahalka is due back in court later this month to answer DWI and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana charges.
