Rochester, N.Y.- A former Gates high school basketball coach accused of having sex with a female student pleaded guilty in court Monday.
Monte Nowden pleaded guilty to third degree rape in exchange for one and a half years in prison.
Nowden was accused of having sex with the student at the Tinseltown movie theater.
Back in May, Nowden was arrested again and accused of violating an order of protection that prevented him from having contact with the girl.
Nowden will be sentenced August 15.
