Rochester, N.Y. - Paychex founder Tom Golisano plans to announce a major donation on Sunday to the Clinton Global Initiative.
The gift will help former President Bill Clinton's organization expand Special Olympics health services.
The announcement will be made in New York City.
The amount of the donation has not been released.
