Seneca Falls/ Savannah, N.Y. - Two Seneca County correction officers have been arrested on criminal sex charges.
Francis Steen of Savannah, and Shawn Hall of Seneca Falls have been arrested.
Police say with Hall present, Steen raped a female employee at the corrections facility. Both Steen and Hall face several charges.
They have been suspended from duty without pay.
The female employee is currently on administrative leave with pay.
