Canandaigua, N.Y. – A 30-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested Wednesday, after he walked down the middle of County Road #4 in front of a female in a lewd manner, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred at 5:47 p.m.
When investigation revealed Jeremy R. Bagley was impaired by unknown substances, he was taken to FF Thompson hospital for evaluation.
He was later released and sent to Ontario County Jail where he awaits arraignment.
