Rochester, N.Y.- The man accused of murdering a hotel desk clerk in Henrietta eight years ago pleaded not guilty in Monroe County Court Friday morning.
Michael Baccari, Jr., 56, is in jail without bail. His lawyer says his client knows nothing about this killing.
In 2004, 33-year-old Paul Pelletier was working an overnight shift at the Comfort Suites in Henrietta while also attending classes at the Rochester Institute of Technology when he was shot and killed in an apparent robbery attempt.
Baccari was arrested earlier this month.
