Rochester, N.Y. - A judge sentenced a Rochester man to 25 years to life in the murder of his roommate in February 2012.
Raymond Steed, 30, was sentenced to the maximum by a judge for strangling Michael Loudermilk, 60, to death in their South Avenue apartment.
