Canandaigua, N.Y. - Ontario County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man for felony DWI early Sunday morning, after deputies said they found he had driven onto a lawn.

Byron Cole, 24, of Waterloo, faces charges for felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, and operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

Deputies said Cole was found inside a vehicle on a lawn on State Route 5 in Canandaigua around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Cole faces felony charges due to a prior conviction for DWI, and because his license had been revoked in that prior DWI case.
