Henrietta, N.Y. - A fire alarm sent everyone in the mall out into the cold.
Many shoppers hopped in their cars and headed elsewhere, while employees huddled together in the cold.
Fortunately, within a few minutes, the doors were reopened.
According to a security guard, someone pulled a fire alarm inside the mall which sent employees and shoppers outdoors.
But, the Marketplace Mall is open today, Dec. 20, from 9 am to 11 pm.
