Albion, N.Y. - An Orleans County corrections officer faces criminal charges.
Deputies alleged Charles Parker, Jr. Committed inappropriate conduct with a female inmate.
Investigators said Parker also gave money to the sister of another female inmate, which was used to post bail for a suspect.
Parker is on paid administrative leave during the investigation.
