Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester Police identified the gunman in a shooting Friday night as a security guard from the Cadillac Hotel.
Officers said the shooting on Chestnut Street around 10:30 p.m. Friday left a 36-year-old man with critical injuries.
The victim's name has not been released. Police said the man is in stable condition at the hospital.
No charges have been filed in the shooting. A grand jury may decide if the shooting was justified.
