Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester Police Officers were called to a home on Arnett Boulevard just west of Genesee Park Boulevard around 10 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a possible hostage situation or domestic dispute.
Once officers arrived, the Crisis Negotiation Team was able to peacefully resolve the situation.
Two men were taken into custody. Police say one of them is believed to be the suspect.
The incident lasted about an hour.
