Gates, N.Y. - The Holiday Inn near the Greater Rochester International Airport is up for sale.
That means the hotel, on Brooks Avenue in Gates, would no longer be a part of the Holiday Inn chain.
The hotel filed a notice with the state labor department Friday that the impending sale could lead to as many as 120 layoffs.
A sale deal fell through last year.
