Rochester, N.Y. - A Rochester physical education teacher is set to face child sex charges in court Tuesday.
Matthew LoMaglio, 36, of Irondequoit is accused of sexually abusing a student under the age of 11 years old
This allegedly happened five years ago at school.
LoMaglio's still on the job, but has been transferred out of the classroom.
