(13WHAM-TV) - New York, NY - Sex abuse allegations have been dropped against the Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash.
The man who initially brought the charges now says it was a consensual adult relationship.
The puppeteer issued a statement saying he is relieved that the allegation has been put to rest.
