Midwest USA - A late-season winter storm slammed the Midwest grounding hundreds of flights.

Wednesday, Chicago dug out from under ten inches of snow.

Washington D.C. felt the brunt of it late Tuesday night. Airports there cancelled at least 500 flights.

The storm is blamed for one deadly highway accident in Wisconsin.
