Rochester, N.Y. - A little boy who fell into the Erie Canal Wednesday is getting better.
Eight-year-old Sam Clanton has been upgraded to satisfactory condition.
Sam’s 8-year-old sister, Selah, remains in guarded condition.
Their father, Jon Clanton, is out of the hospital.
A freak accident led to the stroller with the children in it -- rolling into the canal.
