Rochester, N.Y – A Rochester man is accused of repeatedly spray painting a bridge under the New York State Thruway.

State Police say Oliver Glover, 54, wrote disparaging remarks against President Obama on a bridge. The bridge is located between the Batavia and LeRoy exits.

Glover is accused of tagging the bridge at least five times; each time after the bridge had been cleaned.

Glover is charged with Criminal Mischief, Making Graffiti, Possession of Graffiti Instruments, and Unlawful Dealing with Fireworks.
