Rochester, N.Y. - The City of Rochester's Arson Task Force arrested Alimuubarak Akalid Foster Tuesday in connection with a car fire in January.

Foster is accused of forcibly taking a vehicle from a parking lot on Andrews Street on January 7, then driving to Genesee Valley Park and setting the vehicle
on fire.

Foster is charged with arson, robbery and grand larceny. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail and to be arraigned on Wednesday.
