Rochester, N.Y. - Police have a man in custody after they say he stole a delivery car and crashed it into a restaurant.This happened around 2:45 Friday morning when the driver of a pizza delivery car reported his car had been stolen while parked on State Street.
Police later found the car after it had crashed into a restaurant at State and Church Streets.
Police have the driver in custody and are charging him with larceny, among other things.
