Greece, N.Y.--Karen Klein skipped her afternoon nap for yet another interview. Local news crews and national ones have spent the day asking about the incident involving a group of middle schoolers harassing the 68-year-old bus monitor.

"I didn't expect any of this. It's like another world," explained Klein.

A world created by a YouTube clip captured Monday by one student that has since gone viral. Insults flung at Klein went from rude to profane and even violent.

"If there's a lesson to be learned, that's what I'm hoping for."

A lesson, Klein says will depend on punishment.

Greece Police and the school district are investigating the matter.

Klein plans to return to work in the fall.

"How come? Because I enjoy the other kids. They are not all like these [kids]," said Klein.
