Rochester, N.Y. – Police say they found a 37-year-old city resident who had been shot running on Lake Ave. and Ravine Ave. around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police say they heard gun shots in the area before discovering the man running.
Police say the man had multiple gun shot wounds to his upper body.
The shooting happened in the back parking lot at 600 Lake Ave., according to police.
The victim was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital and taken into surgery.
Police are continuing their investigation into what happened.
