(ABC News) - Looking for a low-stress job? Being a full-time university professor might be your best bet.

According to Careercast.com, the least stressful career for 2013 is a university professor.

That's the first time in the site's 20 year history that its been at the top. Seamstress/tailor, medical records technician, jeweler, and medical laboratory technician round out the top 5.

To compile the list, the site looked at a number of factors including travel and physical demands.

As for the most stressful, the top two involve the armed services: enlisted military personnel and military general. The others filling out the top spots for most stressful include firefighter, commercial airline pilot and public relations representative.
