Rochester, N.Y. -- A Rochester woman is facing charges in connection with a large heroin bust.
Nereida Santana, 32, was arrested Tuesday after police executed a search warrant at her home on Oneida Street. Police seized more than a kilo of heroin, which they say had a street value of $400,000.
On Saturday, police arrested Arcides Dieguez-Castillos and another woman. They were found with half a kilo of heroin.
The arrests are the result of a months-long investigation into the sale and distribution of drugs in Rochester and Orleans County.
Police say more arrests and charges are pending.
