Avon, N.Y. - A Livingston County man already accused of having sex with a child is now facing more charges,

Timothy Glavin, 31, of Avon, was arrested in August for having sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl.

Glavin is now facing additional federal charges for recording the sexual acts on his cell phone.

The footage was also transferred to his iPad and a laptop computer.

Glavin is being held in the Livingston County Jail as he awaits trial.
