Henrietta, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old man is facing more than 30 charges in connection with a child sexual abuse investigation.
Justin Leno was indicted Friday. He is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in a Henrietta apartment from 2007 to 2008. The alleged victim was four years old.
The alleged abuse was discovered this month by the victim's mother. Prosecutors say she found photographs of the abuse that were stored on a Nintendo Wii.
Leno is charged with Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, Sexual Abuse, Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child and Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges. Leno is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
