Police Investigate String of Van Break-ins in Brockport

Brockport, N.Y. - Monroe County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a string of van break-ins in Brockport.

All four incidents happened between late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning in the area of Sweden-Walker Rd.

Sheriff's deputies say GPS devices and tools were stolen from the vehicles.

Police say one van was stolen and later abandoned on Marigold St. in Rochester.

Four hunting rifles were taken from that vehicle.

Sheriff's deputies also believe a robbery at Evergreen Landscape this week is related to the van break-ins.
