Rochester, N.Y. – A Brighton man, convicted of sex trafficking minors, was sentenced to 30 years in prison Thursday.
Assistant U.S. Attorney John Rogowski says 41-year-old Thomas Cramer used the internet to recruit victims. He allegedly placed advertisements on adult websites looking for young girls for commercial sex acts.
Those acts happened in hotels in Rochester and Buffalo and at Cramer’s home.
Cramer has three prior felony charges, all fraud related.
