New York (AP) -- Three of the four people arrested in New York City in the investigation of Fairport native Philip Seymour Hoffman’s death have been arraigned on drug charges.
Lawyers for the three said they had nothing to do with the actor's apparent overdose death.
One was charged with heroin possession with the intent to sell. Two were charged with misdemeanor cocaine possession. The fourth wasn't charged.
