Truce coming in Kiev?

Kiev, Ukraine - Word from Ukrainian leaders indicates that bloodshed there may be coming to an end.
Ukraine's presidency announced a peace agreement on its website, and said a deal will be signed soon.
German foreign ministers, who were part of the talks, said that negotiators are taking a break, and that talks will resume at a later time.
Even as word of a deal reached Kiev, smoke was still seen rising over the main square Friday morning.
Ukrainian police said that protestors opened fire on officers.
More than 100 people have been killed this week, including some shot by snipers onThursday. The Health Ministry said that more than 600 people have been wounded.
