Rochester, N.Y. – 911 calls from the night of a Brockport student’s murder were released Monday.
Clayton Whittemore is charged with killing girlfriend Alexandra Kogut at the College at Brockport in September 2012.
“I did something that I can’t take back and I’m turning myself in,” said Whittemore to a 911 dispatched shortly after the incident.
The tapes released today include conversations between dispatchers and Whittemore’s parents on the night of Kogut’s death.
Whittemore didn’t admit to killing Kogut during the conversations, but later confessed to the crime during interrogation.
His trial is scheduled to begin next month.
