Bennington, N.Y. - A Wyoming County man is facing charges for illegally owning 10 guns.

Mark Willard, 39, has a previous felony conviction for driving while intoxicated.

That conviction means he cannot legally own certain weapons.

New York State Police confiscated 10 rifles and shotguns from his Bennington home earlier this month.

Willard faces weapons and probation violation charges.
