Finger Lakes, N.Y. - Dozens of new jobs are coming to the Finger Lakes area as part of a new program.
The "Recharge New York" power program will give four businesses nearly $13-million.
Those businesses include Flower City Printing, Chapin Manufacturing, Cannon Industries, and American Rock Salt.
“Recharge New York” provides low-cost power to businesses that agree to create or retain jobs.
