York, N.Y. – Firefighters battled a fire at a truck repair shop behind the Barn Restaurant Tuesday morning before 5 a.m., according to Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
The fire, at 2544 Genesee Street, was contained to the garage located behind the restaurant. The space was used to store trucks.
One truck was destroyed in the blaze.
Ten fire companies resonded to the call. They had it under control in about 15 minutes.
One woman who lives in an apartment above the restaurant escaped unharmed. No one was injured.
