Rochester’s Parking Bureau receives a high volume of calls and to improve customer service, people can now resolve most of their parking-related issues on the spot via the "One Call to City Hall" 311 Call Center. People outside of city limits can call 428-5990.
The call center is staffed with customer service representatives from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day and calls to the Parking Violations Bureau's phone numbers will now be diverted there.

The City's Parking Violations Bureau receives an estimated 100 phone calls and serves anywhere from 50 to 100 walk-in customers per day.
