Rochester, N.Y. - Have a question about a parking ticket, red light camera violation or other billing concerns in the city of Rochester? Call "311."

Rochester’s Parking Bureau receives a high volume of calls and to improve customer service, people can now resolve most of their parking-related issues on the spot via the "One Call to City Hall" 311 Call Center.  People outside of city limits can call 428-5990.

The call center is staffed with customer service representatives from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day and calls to the Parking Violations Bureau's phone numbers will now be diverted there.

Tickets can be paid online, by mail or in person: Parking Violations Bureau, City of Rochester, 42 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14604-1794.

The City's Parking Violations Bureau receives an estimated 100 phone calls and serves anywhere from 50 to 100 walk-in customers per day.
